The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.
A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.
Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.
Police were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.
The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
